The Cord Cutting Ritual
Release emotional ties, reclaim your energy, and return to peace within.
Service Description
This is not about cutting people off in anger. This is about freeing yourself in love. Our bodies and nervous systems hold onto energetic and emotional ties from past relationships, experiences, and unresolved moments. Even when something is “over,” it can still live within you — in your thoughts, your reactions, your triggers, and your energy. This guided cord cutting and forgiveness ritual is a gentle, intentional space to release what no longer serves you… without force, without shame, and without bypassing your emotions. Together, we’ll work with the body, breath, and awareness to identify the energetic cords or attachments that are still active within you. These may be tied to past partners, family members, friendships, or even versions of yourself. From there, we move into a process of conscious release. Through guided visualization, somatic awareness, and forgiveness practices, you’ll be supported in: Letting go of emotional attachments that feel heavy or draining Releasing lingering resentment, pain, or unmet expectations Reclaiming your energy, attention, and personal power Softening the emotional charge connected to past experiences Creating space for peace, clarity, and forward movement Forgiveness here is not about saying what happened was okay. It’s about choosing to no longer carry it in your body. This work is deeply personal and paced with care. You are never pushed beyond what your system is ready for. Everything is done in a trauma-informed, grounded way that honors your experience. This session is for you if you: Feel energetically or emotionally tied to someone from your past Notice recurring thoughts, triggers, or emotional loops Are ready to release resentment, anger, or heaviness Want to reclaim your energy and feel more like yourself again Desire closure, peace, and a sense of emotional freedom You are not here to carry what was never yours to hold forever. This is your space to release, to soften, and to come back home to yourself.
